Initially, they took good photos, and at a fair price. It’s now been about a month with no response what so ever on where my photos are and where my money went to... poor customer service, and I’m still waiting for my negatives. FIX IT! I’ve left numerous emails and voice messages, this is ridiculous!

We hired Kim to do family photos a couple of different times. She works really great with the kids and always seems to get them looking at the camera for the good photos which seems impossible with my kids. Kim is very professional and patient. She got us our photos quickly and we love them. We will definitely use her again!

Choosing Element One for Senior pics will guarantee you an awesome time with an end product that well exceeds expectations. Anderson is a very personable, competent, and talented make-up artist and photographer. The quality of their work is head and shoulders above their competitors. Brett was awesome to work with in reviewing the photos and picking a package. We will absolutely go back to Element One for any future photography needs.
