We sampled several lots from Wilford Lamastus' farm, Elida Estate, this year and landed on this specific lot (35A) because it spoke to us a little differently than the others: the subtlety sweet richness of a fresh fig, the mild acidity and juiciness of a dark purple concord grape and the velvety delicateness of honey.
