We will perform a FREE eligibility check before an appointment and let you know what coverage for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) services is included in your health plan. Please let us also know, if your health plan is not listed yet. We can look into your health plan's out-of-network provider coverage and work on getting Bosch Nutrition added as an in-network provider.
