Called to find help with a case since a criminal defense attorney recommended them, the person who answered the call did not respond with my greetings. After about 10s told me "Do not call me again with this number ever again and I'm not helping with your case.". I wish I can give a -5 stars for this and I'll be using a different PI for my case issue.
