Services
Gastric Bypass Surgery
Gastric bypass reduces stomach capacity and reroutes the small intestine to promote hormonal changes that decrease hunger and improve metabolism. This procedure is ideal for patients with severe obesity or conditions like type 2 diabetes. Our minimally invasive approach ensures faster recovery and reduced complications.
Sleeve Gastrectomy
Sleeve gastrectomy removes a portion of the stomach to create a smaller, tube-shaped pouch, limiting food intake and altering gut hormones. It is effective for significant weight loss and resolving metabolic syndromes. Most patients leave the hospital the day after surgery.
Duodenal Switch Surgery
Duodenal switch combines stomach reduction with intestinal rerouting to maximize weight loss and metabolic improvements. It is recommended for patients with high BMI or severe metabolic conditions. The laparoscopic technique minimizes scarring and accelerates recovery.
Medical Weight Loss
Our medical weight loss program offers personalized plans with nurse practitioners, dietitians, and obesity specialists. Services include GLP-1 medications, nutritional counseling, and behavioral support for patients seeking non-invasive options or pre-surgery preparation.
Revision Surgery
Revision surgery addresses inadequate weight loss or complications from prior bariatric procedures. Options include converting adjustable bands to other surgeries or enhancing existing procedures. Our surgeons specialize in tailored solutions for long-term success.

Called my insurance to make sure that it is good their and verified with their website takes it. Was told to take 2 hour seminar which I did. Only to be told sorry we take your insurance but we don't take it for that surgery. Very poor communication since some employees say they take it and some say they don't. Who wants the hassle.....

I just passed my one year mark and couldnt be more please with my results. I had the duodenal switch December 2020. Before surgery I weighed 249 and at my one year check up I was down to 157. Dr Paulk was my surgeon and was great. His staff has been great about answering any and all my questions.

I had gastric bypass surgery with Dr McKinlay on 7/29/2020 RMAP gave me the preparation I needed and followed me for a year to make sure that I had the resources needed and that my questions were answered. Now I am 100 pounds lighter. It is easier to shop for clothes and I no longer have high blood pressure. It is easier to move around.

I started my journey in January. Had my first visit in April & my claim was denied (as expected & communicated to me in the beginning) when I received a phone call from RMAP that I was denied Christina had no clue as to anything going on with my case and that this was to be expected and that we planned on appealing. She didnt read my notes before calling, I had to inform her of the plan. It wasnt until I said something, and she looked back. I spoke with Kaitlyn days after and she assured me that Christina would help me with my appeal and that she was great at them. 2 weeks pass, I decide
