Great service! I brought a portable generator in for repairs and it was ready the next day! They text you when it is ready which is also convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful also. There is no other place in the area I would take my equipment for repair or service. They have a great selection of parts and accessories also. 5 stars!

My Stihl edger had a bolt shear off on the blade mount took it to Cecils for removal. The bolt was $2.99 they charged me $45.00 for LABOR a TOTAL RIP OFF. It would take 5 min with a bolt removal tool. $45.00 for a $2.99 repair plus a $2.40 Environmental Charge W$@....BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do not get anything fixed here unless you want to get RIPPED OFF!

I purchase a new 2600 serious tractor in the late fall. I have had nothing but issues with this machine. There was no hydro fluid nor oil in the bushhog when it was delivered even after I was told that everything was topped off and ready to go. I had trouble shifting gears and apparently that was broken when it was sold me. I worked through it and tried to give it the benefit of doubt. I sent it in early for the 50 hour service. When I received the machine back there was no oil in the engine nor hydro fluid. I was out on the farm mowing with my 4 year old daughter a little over a month ago, this
