Residential Treatment
Our residential program provides 24-hour supervised care in a family-like environment. Students participate in daily life skills training, structured recreational activities, and consistent behavior therapy across all settings. The 1:3 staff ratio ensures personalized attention while implementing individualized treatment plans that reduce reliance on medication and promote natural learning environments.
Special Education
State-approved academic programs combine certified special education teachers with tailored learning plans. Weekly community outings, science fairs, and performance opportunities build confidence. Our approach breaks negative behavioral cycles by creating first-time success experiences that support transitions to less restrictive educational environments.
Behavior Therapy

Horticulture Therapy

Music Therapy

I was a volunteer & part-time employee at Bayes Achievement Center as a college student in the mid-90's. Seeing the website and finding many of the same staff members that are still working, even today, is a testament to the professional care, love, and concern that the staff have for the children enrolled at BAC. Thankful for my time there.

Pretty good place nice caring staff very positive rewards the I've been told the beds are pretty uncomfortable suggest memory foam or some sort of cushion for your body when your laying down overall very good place

I formerly worked at Bayes Achievement Center and was privileged to be part of a team that sought to change the course of the children and young people we served or the better. At present, I now have a child attending the school and feel the program and staff are Gods answer to our prayer for our son. I highly recommend BAC!!

I stayed there for a few years and I whole heartedly believe I wouldn't be the person I am without having gone here... I've done a lot of stupid stuff since I've left I'll admit but I found belief within myself. Their moto is believe and achieve and I follow thar whole heartedly. I started with nothing as an adult and have a nice home, nice things, 2 cars, a beautiful sweet fiancee.. It took me awhile to get to this point of my life but I wouldn't have had the tools mentally to be able to make this happen without this place. I was full of hate and anger and they showed me nothing but love and joy
