Wellness Pharmacy

Wellness Pharmacy has been a family run business since 1922, the year Bob Harbin founded Harbin Drugs. We've dedicated our practice to compounding since 1964-which means, of course, that Wellness has now offered quality compounding for over 50 years. Rod Harbin, Sr. joined the company in 1971, shortly after his graduation from Auburn University.

It's a reputation Wellness has earned among physicians and patients nationwide. It is the reason we are one of the very few compounding pharmacies anywhere who regularly sends representative samples for testing at independent laboratories, and it is why Wellness Pharmacy has been cited as a source in more medical resources than any compounding pharmacy in our profession.

Quality control is job number one at Wellness Pharmacy-starting with a state-of-the-art laboratory utilizing Class 100 laminar hoods in certified ISO 8 clean rooms. Ingredients are shipped to our facility with Certificates of Analysis verifying product integrity. At the time of prescription preparation, the ingredients' lot numbers and expiration dates are recorded.

As part of the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, known as HIPAA, Wellness Pharmacy has created this Notice of Privacy Practices (Notice).
