Due to demand of our units for Gov't & Military, SkyRunner had to increase it's pricing for all non-government orders to $230,000. The undersigned ("Buyer") is making a deposit with SkyRunner for the purchase of a SkyRunner MK 3.2 according to the following Deposit Agreement. As used herein, "SkyRunner" refers to SkyRunner, LLC., a Louisiana limited liability company.

The FAA Sport Pilot License (SPL) is a new type of pilot certificate designed to get you safely and easily trained for recreational flying in Light Sport Aircraft. By restricting recreational flying for sport pilots to daytime, good weather, and in uncongested airspace, much of the complexities of learning to fly have been removed.

SkyRunner is a Special Light-Sport Aircraft and does not sell ATV's or road legal vehicles. SkyRunner is regulated, manufactured and certified as a special light-sport aircraft. Some states do allow 4 wheeled kit cars, SxS, and UTV's to be made street legal with road-legal kits that offer brake lights, turn signals, horn, windshield, DOT approved lights, tires, and more.
