DO not use this company. They were asked to fix a particular problem but upon arrival changed parts that had nothing to do with the issue they were contacted for and when approached about the issue they got defensive. Will never recommend to anyone, we also notified Amana of this issue and are working on getting them removed from their approved technicians list.
