I contacted them about making a cover for my jet skis. Rather than come out and see what I wanted and take measurements, they asked me to take pictures and give them measurements. After doing so, I received one email saying they couldn't help me and one email saying they could. I replied to the one that said they could help me, asking about the other email saying they couldn't help me. I then received an email saying they were sorry about the confusion but they couldn't help me. I found them to be lazy and disorganized so therefore I would not recommend them.
