Dan's typical client needs a stronger approach than just talk therapy. Most of his sessions with people are to help them overcome anxiety, worry, nervousness, fears, obstacles and self-limiting beliefs. A typical session lasts about an hour, and in his sessions, he walks people through ways to help them positively program their minds to break out of their "negative story" that they have been telling themselves.
