Yes, Brown Property Group is a North Carolina fully licensed and insured real estate company. Yes, our fully licensed NC real estate agents can help with buying and selling real estate. Monthly rent proceeds are sent to owners once per month and occur on or around the 10th day of each month. Residents have the ability to pay rent online through their private portal (Most Popular) as well as via money order, cashiers check, and personal check.
