Worked on 2 mowers. Charged me an obscene amount and they still don't work well.
Took them to a different place and they stated they found no evidence any work was actually done by LAUF.

Lauf equipment comes recommended by my mom Ursula. She purchases all her equipment from Lauf, because they care about you like you are part of their family of machineries, taking care to help service the equipment, & treating you like a friend. Driving the extra mile to help lend a hand. They keep good records of what's been done to your equipment, have a knowledgeable staff the whole way thru. In my opinion Lauf is the best tractor and farm equipment dealer anywhere. Their service and parts departments are also the best.
