Critical:Responsiveness
I called to have my irrigation system repaired on 4 different occasions. I called outdoor design because they placed the system for the previous owners. Never received any call back, totally unprofessional! Might be the answering service they are using, regardless very frustrating.

I had an Incredible looking lawn for the 1st several months. The trouble started when I developed a few problem issues and could not receive timely communication back from the company. Now, I can not get calls or text returned. The company is knowledgeable and capable, however it is disappointing to have no customer service.

Matt and his crew have been great to work with and have done a fantastic job. They are quick to respond and have gone out of their way to make sure out ongoing landscaping and yard work is done perfectly. The other day he even sent someone over to my house, no charge, to check on the progress of my lawn renovation. Really excellent customer service and results.

I continue to be amazed at how engaged Outdoor Designs stays with our yard. This season is the best our yard has ever looked. I had tried several national chains only to end up frustrated with the entire experience. These guys rock!
