Mike at ECT was awesome. We called for residential mold testing and he was so responsive, kind, thorough and helpful. He had test results the next day and took the time to walk us through results and explain it all and help us understand what we needed. I highly recommend Mike and his ECT team for any environmental testing, especially for residential mold.

I researched heavily before tasking anyone to do such an important job and we consulted with two other companies in addition to ECT, but from the first phone conversation, you can tell they have a superior approach. Mike is not only an obvious expert, but he is present, patient, and mindful about his method. If you've found yourself researching environmental testing experts, then hear me when I say: In addition to knowledge -- empathy counts -- and Mike is as kind as they come. Oh, and after the guy we booked that morning showed up and said "this looks tricky" ... we called Mike. That was at 11am
