We offer counseling, coaching and mentorship through our online telehealth platform, or phone. We offer a free 10-minute consultation to address your needs or concerns while determining if online counseling or coaching would be a viable option for you. In the meantime, please feel free to call us with any counseling/coaching questions you may have.
Rates & Insurance

Coverage varies greatly, but our services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your health insurance plan to learn more about what your plan covers. Some of our therapists are considered to be "in-network" providers with some insurances. We file insurance claims as a courtesy to our clients, but it remains the client's responsibility to remit payment for services rendered.
