My dad has been at Fieldstone Memory Care of Olympia for over a year now. The care that he has received is incredible! The caregivers are amazing and they treat him so well. They tend to all of his physical and emotional needs. The administration staff all know him and make time during their busy days to talk to him and laugh with him. They make him (and us!) feel like a valued part of the Fieldstone family. Having a family member in memory care during COVID has not been without its challenges but they have all tried to make it better for us in every way possible. I highly recommend Fieldstone

I have a dear friend who had the misfortune of living in Fieldstone..I have been a nurse practitioner in healthcare for over 40 years. The care my friend received was beyond substandard. My friend suffered from Parkinson's and dementia. During his several months there. He developed a totally preventable wound, had numerous falls, and significant medication errors. The explanations for these issues....not acceptable. The communication was almost non existent unless continuously pursued. My mother received loving, respectful, devoted, professional care from every member of Fieldstone Memory Care staff from the moment she entered the beautiful, well-equipped homey-feeling facility. From the office staff to the hands-on staff including med-techs and nurses, each and every person treated my mother and every resident with respectful, loving, professional care. My husband has been at Fieldstone Memory Care facility for almost 2 years and I am very pleased with the care he has been receiving especially during the pandemic and under the leadership of Lisa Erwin.
