Whether it's a night out or a weekend away, Emerald Coast Theatre Company can provide you with the cultural experience of a metropolis in the paradise of our beautiful beach community. Across the street from Cantina Laredo, walk south through the breezeway between Chubbies and Southern Tide. Then turn right.

Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) is theatre performed by professional adult actors intended for a young / child-based audience. ECTC has performed for more than 6,000 students since 2012. Over 1,600 children and families attended our TYA productions through school field trips or family outings last season alone.

Designed specifically for our youngest thespians, Mini Player classes focus on activities that allow students to explore acting, movement, singing, and rhythm work in an energetic, nurturing environment that fosters creativity and collaboration. Mini Players get a chance to perform with the Little Players for the fall and spring musicals.

Experience and training in theatre can improve students' communication, critical thinking and team-based skills!. Sibling, Military, and multiple camp discounts are available. Scholarships are available, and the amount of scholarship is dependent on the number of awarded applicants. Please bring a snack and water for half-day camps.

Matilda is a little girl with astonishing wit, intelligence, and psychokinetic powers. Matilda has courage and cleverness in equal amounts, and she could be the school pupils' saving grace! This show is packed with high-energy dance numbers, catchy songs and great parts for boys and girls. This three week camp will stretch your students' theatre skills and grow them as performers.
