Elaine Combs is a gem. I met her over the telephone when calling in about a home that was already pending. She could have just wished me a nice day and left it at that but she didnt. Instead she asked what I was looking for. The conversation lead to a couple properties she could show. (when we could coordinate an appointment) and after falling in love with one she walked me and my sister through the process.
