Sunergos has four shops, each designed to extend hospitality in a unique Louisville neighborhood through serving excellent coffee. Preston is our original shop and the site of our first roastery. Preston is a comfortable, bustling cafe in the heart of the Schnitzelburg neighborhood. We are right next door to the famous Nord's Bakery and down the street from the respected music venue Zanzabar.

Pick-up a growler of cold-brew concentrate to enjoy in your home, on the lake, beach, or on extended trips! Mix it 1-1 with water and you will enjoy the same cold brew that we are proud to serve in our shops.

Coffees ship within four business days of your order. Freshness is paramount to brew the tastiest coffee possible and we are committed to only ship the freshest coffee to you. In order to achieve this we roast in 2 weekly cycles. Our first roasting cycle begins on Monday morning and our second begins on Wednesday morning.
