Director
With over 15 years in early childhood education, Naomi Vergara holds a CDA and Director Credential. She joined Premier Academy in 2008, becoming Director in 2012. A Florida resident since 1994, she focuses on creating nurturing learning environments.
Esther Grillo
Assistant Director
Esther Grillo brings 20+ years of education experience, including directing Cranium Academy Winter Garden. She holds a Masters in Elementary Education and specializes in developing comprehensive preschool programs while balancing family life in Florida.

I cannot rave enough about this amazing school. I was hesitant to enroll my two year old in the middle of the year, especially given our current pandemic, etc. Naomi, the director is so wonderful. She eased my concerns and assured me all would be great! Best choice I could have made for my child! He loves going to school each day, his teachers are fantastic, and he is learning so much!

I can't say enough about Premier Academy. Our son absolutely loves going to school and the whole team there is welcoming, caring and amazing. Ms. Diane has been an absolute joy and our little man will be back in Ms Esther's class next year. Our son has loved this place from day one, no tears on drop off and can't wait to go to school. I wish nap time was a little later but that's honestly the only thing I would change. There's no uniforms, and I LOVE that. Our little guy can wear his superhero shirts and play with his friends in a clean and safe environment. He's also starting to speak Spanish

My son has come to Premier for the last 4 years and I could not have been happier with his preschool experience! The intimate setting of the classrooms as well as the small teacher to student ratio is perfect for helping to develop little minds in a educational and nuturing setting. My youngest son has just started at Premier this year and I have already seen such improvement on catching up on a few milestones. The staff is caring, attentive, communicative, and trustworthy. Premier feels like an extended family to us and we are so grateful for such a wonderful school right here in our neighborhood

My son started at Premier Academy last year when he was 13 months old and both he and I have loved it since day 1! The teachers are very attentive, nurturing and trustworthy and my son is very fond of them. You can see the level of care the teachers put into the school and their students due to the observations they make and the feedback they provide about his day. Starting him early on has given him a great boost with socialization with other kids which has allowed him to share as well as given him a love for learning and reading. Premier Academy is a great institution and has provided my son
