Even when I show up at the wrong location. Even in the middle of a pandemic. Even a half hour before closing.
Sandy was a rockstar! Excellent customer service. I was standing outside the Cloquet store think I had arranged for a piece of equipment with them (I had not).
Sandy came out asked how she could help.
Went back in and pulled the item I needed and was back outside in just a few minutes.
Took the time (just before closing) to show me how everything worked. Closely listened to my tale of woe and wished me and m recovering family member well. Thank you for making it feel like a friend

Great customer service and prompt delivery. I've been using Lake Superior Medical for several years and I've never experienced any problems or delays in delivery. The phone is always answered promptly by a friendly voice and my orders or questions are taken care of quickly and professionally. I really appreciate the friendliness and quality of service they provide.
