The lack of communication and professionalism of office staff was unacceptable. After such terrible communication, I decided to get a few estimates from other companies. Thank goodness I did, because Clay Insulations estimate was three times more than both of my other estimates.

From the beginning this company has been awful. Took over a month to complete with three different crews to put up soffits. This is a two day job. Less than a year later, I have soffits hanging down with insulation falling out. James, the owner, refused to come fix the issues, and He actually hung up on me twice when I called to have the problem fixed. He stated his work was not warrantied and it wasnt his problem. I would NOT Clay Insulation to anyone. They are way to busy for their customers and do shotty work.
