They don't show up for WEEKS to fill the vending machines. Then they do, and they take the money and don't refill the machines anyway. Happens on a consistent basis. Poor service. Find a different vending company for your needs, don't use Hermel.

I use Hermel every week! I email my order to Sue in customer service and she emails back right away to let me know she received the order! When I go to pick it up she has everything all ready for me! Hermel is an excellent family owned and operated company that I love to do business with! Thanks for making my job easier!
