Jason Marascio started in customer service and sales at the young age of 12 delivering newspapers in the mornings and selling magazine subscriptions door to door on the weekends. He continued to work all through high school acquiring various jobs at lumber yards, restaurants, and retail stores.
Jason eventually landed a job with a wholesale hardware distribution company located in Dublin, California right out high school where he flourished and was continuously promoted within the company for the next five years.Changing gears, Jason utilized his customer service skills and passion for cars to become a Nissan service advisor.

Maintenance Request

If this is an emergency situation that will affect the safety of an ordinary tenant (fire, flood, gas leak, etc.) CALL 911. After calling 911 please report the incident to our office immediately. After Hours / Weekends (EMERGENCIES ONLY) A/C not working does not constitute an emergency. No maintenance requests will be taken over the phone.
Move Out Cleaning Checklist

Please follow the guidelines below to maximize the return of your security deposit. We will use the inventory and condition report that you should have completed and returned upon occupying the property to evaluate the property upon vacating. Electrical light and wall switch cover plates must be replaced if broken, stained or missing.
Update Contact Information

With so much happening in people's lives it is easy for things to change whether it is an email address, cell phone number, or getting a new job. It is very important that we always have up to date contact information on file so we may be able to reach you at any time. Each individual tenant is responsible for updating their own contact information.
Notice To Vacate
Report
All tenants must give a 30 Day Notice prior to vacating any property. We do not accept written emails, written letters, or phone calls as notice to vacate. The only form that is accepted by our office is the one you will find below. This particular form covers important information which tenants should be aware of when vacating a property.
