Relationships, as a core value at J. de Graffenried Dentistry, center us on loving the patients and community we serve. Since 1990, knowing and loving individuals has made dental care here about so much more than teeth.
From spending that extra time getting to understand each patient as a person with particular dental needs or fears to sharing personal grandbaby or puppy pictures, the relationships we have with each patient set the whole team at the office on course.Learning the best techniques, pouring that cup of coffee, customizing a financial arrangement - it's all about people, people that we love.

Our Team
Report
He attended Baylor College of Dentistry. While he was there, he met his wife Lisa, who was training as a hygienist. They married in 1984. After Dr. Joey graduated in 1986, he enlisted in the Air Force and continued his training, adding to his IV sedation and surgical skills. The family relocated to Kilgore in 1990.
Dental Implants
Report
A dental implant is a permanent, stable solution to replace one or more missing teeth. An implant looks just like your natural teeth, so you can smile and eat your favorite foods with confidence. A missing tooth can be uncomfortable or embarrassing. Even more important, a missing tooth can lead to oral health problems.
Implant-supported Dentures
Report
Denture-wearers are often frustrated by loose-fitting, uncomfortable dentures that make speaking and eating difficult. With cost-effective implant-supported dentures, you can smile and speak with confidence and eat whatever you like. Implant-supported dentures are similar in some ways to regular dentures.
Wisdom Teeth
Report
The third molars-commonly known as wisdom teeth-are usually the last teeth to appear. By the time they come in, the other teeth have left too little space for the wisdom teeth to grow in properly. As a result, they often grow in at an angle or become impacted (unable to erupt through the bone or gum tissue).
Bone Grafting
Report
Healthy bone density is necessary to support many dental procedures. Bone density may be reduced due to periodontal disease or tooth loss that is not corrected in a timely manner. In a bone graft surgery, the doctor transplants a small piece of bone from another part of your jaw or another area of your body to your jawbone.
