Chef and owner Matt's love for cooking started with his love for family. Matt recalls his fondest memories as a child and young adult cooking beside his grandmother learning European style flavor techniques, passed down family recipes and testing daily new concoctions on his parents and sisters.

Years later, his days look very similar but along with cooking for his loved ones, he uses his culinary talents to create scratch made rustic inspired cuisine for couples and clients through the Northwest.In 2002, Chef Matt was formally trained and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and spent a decade working alongside Portland's leading Chefs and fine dining restaurants.

What do your packages include? All of our packages include, service staff, chaffing dishes, serving ware, disposable plates, napkins, buffet set-up, restocking of buffet, buffet tear down and bussing of disposable ware from tables. When do you need my final headcount? You have up until 2 weeks prior to your event to give final headcount and make any changes to menu items.
