Founder and President of Aquious, Inc., Luke is a 3rd generation plumber and a member of the Paschall Family Plumbing dynasty. He started in the plumbing industry at age 13 as a shop boy stocking fittings, learning materials, and using the tools of the trade. At age 16 his father began to teach him the trade hands-on, and by age 19 Luke had gained his Journeyman's license and became proficient in all aspects of Residential Plumbing.

Conventional Hot Water Tanks heat a large tank of water to a desired temperature and then you draw on it when you need hot water. A tankless hot water heater does not store hot water, but heats it instantaneously when you turn on a hot water faucet. Since it heats it as is passes through the system it never runs out of hot water, and since it does not need to maintain a tank of hot water - it is significantly more energy efficient.
