Dr. Bowden grew up in North Carolina, where she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine with honors. She practiced in the Charlotte area until her husband's career led them to Greenville. The Bowdens have called Greenville home for the last 17 years, where they have raised their two children, Clay and Liza, and have even been converted into Clemson fans!

Dr. Bowden enjoys all aspects of small animal practice, but her passion lies in the prevention and treatment of behavior problems in dogs and cats. She is proud to have achieved Low Stress Handling Certification, and hopes to use these skills to create a positive and comfortable hospital experience for both you and your pet.

Prescription Refills

For Prescription refills please email us at Crosswindsanimalhospital@gmail.com. Please include your name, pet's name and prescription request in the email. If you need a refill to an outside Pharmacy please include the Pharmacy name, location, and phone number. For all prescriptions needing to be picked up in hospital, please allow 1 business day for fulfillment.

We understand that life is busy and you might not have time to come to our office to fill your medications, specialty diets or your pup's favorite treats. We offer our full online pharmacy to help you care for your pet. This will allow you to create an account. Then simply add your pets to your account and add their medications, treats or food into your cart.

Crosswinds Animal Hospital supports local schools in that we allow students to shadow to observe daily functions of a veterinary hospital. We try our best to accommodate anyone that contacts us for student shadow hours but due to our small size we can only provide a few slots on a first come, first serve basis.
