He began with model work and it didn't take long for his parents to realize he had an artistic eye for creating an extremely esthetic product. For the next 12 years, he continued his training while honing his skills. In 2010, Matt's father Glenn offered him a partnership in the family business. By the Fall of 2012, Matt had transitioned into full ownership.
