Swimmers will learn fundamental skills and techniques on all 4 competitive strokes as well as flip-turns and race starts. A maximum of 7-10 swimmers for each group. Swimmers will gain strength, more confidence in the water in a fun & safe environment and learn strokes needed to be on a year round swim team.
Senior Groups
Report
This group is typically ages 14-18, but there could be some 12 & 13 year olds that are in the 7-8th grade because their schools allow them to swim on a high school team. If you do not already have this equipment, you will need to purchase these your first week of practice. We will be glad to help you if needed!
