Very pushy salesman. I don't know if it was because me and my wife were younger and he thought he could pressure us into a sale but he used almost every trick in the book. Tried to verify many of his comments about gas fireplaces online and found many of the things he said weren't true. There a lot of good fireplace brands and stores in the DSM metro area. We will not be buying our 4 fireplaces here.

When i walked in an older gentleman met me at the door to offered his help. i had barely described the damper system of my fireplace when he immediately id'd the whole system and gave me advice on how to accomplish my goals with the box. he didn't even try to sell me anything, just told me how to fix my existing unit. you guys have earned my future business for life because of this guy.

Just went in to find information about wood burning stoves. The salesman had to be one of the most negative people I've ever met. It was apparent he didn't really want to be working with us. We will take our business elsewhere. If they didn't sell patio furniture, they might not be in business. Not a super store
