Don has been an active member of the Greater Columbus Home Builder's Association since 1999 and was elected president in 2015. He has also been a member of the local Chamber of Commerce for over 10 years, in addition to a number of other community organizations.

The mortgage lender will provide you with the most up-to-date information on available loans, interest rates and pre-qualification.
Warranty Request
Report
You will receive a written warranty from the builder at closing. Even though your home will be inspected at various stages through the construction process, and we will perform a walk-through with you when your home is complete, there may be things you discover only after living in your new house. We ask that you keep a list of these items and send them to us after 30 days in your home, and again just prior to the first year anniversary.
