The whole process was flawless. Darrin is very knowledgeable and professional. My appointment was on a Sat. and although the entry was locked, he was there to promptly greet me by name. I appreciated Darren making time for my daughter and I on Saturday. I appreciated the attention to detail and the additional info he gave us when we asked questions.
