We offer caring and progressive rehab options for residents requiring short-term skilled nursing rehabilitation. Our Rehab to Home program features tenured PT, OT and ST staff, with program oversight by Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Riccardo Giovannone, DO. Dr. Giovannone conducts medical rounds on ortho-rehab patients at our facility and has provided guidance and equipment selection for our state-of-the-art rehabilitation department.

We provide three healthy and delicious meals a day, in addition to daily snacks based on the resident's preference. We are careful to cater to those who require a specialized diet. We offer free laundry services to all our residents to make their stay as pleasant as possible, as well as a large staff of housekeepers dedicated to keeping Lynwood Manor spotlessly clean.
