I'd recommend the food. They forgot to send utensils, and when contacted didn't say sorry or offer to return with some. The lower star rating is for service, not for the quality of the food. Delivery a little longer than I expected (55 minutes), but the food was fine. The chicken fried dumplings were actually better than most and the fried rice was good, but the General Tso's chicken was average.
