A 24 hour notice of cancellation is requested. Late cancellations and no shows may be required to prepay or make a 50% deposit to re-book a future appointment. If you are unsatisfied with retail product(s) purchased, you may return them within 15 days of the purchase with a receipt for exchange of an alternative product or store credit.
Lashes

To insure all clients a relaxing experience, we request that you please leave your children at home, thank you! New clients that have lash extensions done by an outside facility may be subject to a removal and the application of a fresh set to ensure that both correct technique and health of the natural lashes is attained.

In short, no! Spray tanning has come a long way since its introduction. Traditional self tanners relied solely on DHA to create a temporary "tan." Recently, many self tanners starting including Erythrulose, a similar type ingredient that delivers a more golden colorr to the skin, whereas DHA tends to be more red/orange.

Jackson Harlow has a 48-hour cancellation, rescheduling, and late policy. All clients who miss, cancel, change, or are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment with less than 48-hour notice, will be charged $50 to a credit card on file. This policy is in place out of respect for both our specialists and our clients.
