Services
Lawn Mowing
Our lawn mowing service ensures precise cuts and clean edges for a polished appearance. We use high-quality equipment to maintain optimal grass height, promoting healthy growth and weed prevention. Regular mowing is paired with debris cleanup for a pristine finish.
Fertilization
Customized fertilization programs deliver essential nutrients through liquid and granular applications. Six annual treatments include pre-emergent/post-emergent weed control and grub prevention. Services ensure lush, resilient grass tailored to local soil conditions.
Landscaping Design
From concept to installation, our team creates functional, aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. Services include plant selection, hardscape features, and seasonal maintenance planning. Designs integrate mulch, river rock, and custom layouts for lasting curb appeal.
Aeration
Core aeration alleviates soil compaction, allowing air, water, and nutrients to reach roots. This process strengthens grassroots, improves drainage, and enhances lawn resilience. Recommended annually for optimal health in spring or fall.
Overseeding
Overseeding fills bare patches and thickens turf for a denser lawn. We use slit-seeding, broadcast methods, or dormant seeding to introduce resilient grass varieties. This improves weed resistance and ensures vibrant growth through seasonal changes.

Wells Lawn Care is the best lawn business in Bloomington. They text/call to tell you that they are coming. They follow-up after service is done to make sure that you are happy with the service. Their rates are very reasonable. I've honestly never worked with a better contractor.

We contacted Wells to clean up our backyard and lay sod in the backyard where it was all dirt from our new build. They Transformed our dirt backyard into a green backyard. We can now enjoy our time outside. They did great work, at a good price. I would highly recommend them and we will be using them again for any other yard work.

Derek and his team are friendly, professional, hard workers, and knowledgable. Every employee we have interacted with has been exceptional. They also communicate well. When weather didnt cooperate and service dates needed to change, they let us know immediately, and we really appreciated that. This company does quality work and we will be customers as long as we live in town!

Wells removed our pond and waterfall, removed over a quarter ton of rock and installed grass and a perennial planting area. Jason was hard working, communicated well and was flexible regarding changes. New employee Ethan was a good worker and pleasant. This was a big job complicated by lots of roots from existing trees and a steep little hillside. They also installed a french drain to help with water drainage across the property from uphill backyards. Good job -- well done.

I've used Wells' Lawn Care & Landscaping for several years now and I am always impressed by their personal and professional manner and their care of my yard and lawn. In addition to regular mowing and lawn maintenance, I've contracted Wells' for mulching, weed removal, tree limb trimming, and yard waste removal. The crews always perform their work quickly, efficiently, and with as little interruption as possible. The crew members are unfailingly polite and attentive to any questions or concerns. Wells' customer service is second to none. Whether contacting them by phone, email, or text, someone
