Needed a new hot water heater, service was very prompt & on time. Jake was very nice & finished the job in a little over an hour. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Mr. Water heater.

Did a last minute water heater replacement before Christmas did a great job only issue I had was drywall damage when removing the old water heater but they had someone come out and repair it.

I called Mr Waterheater for a replacement tank on a Saturday. When I gave them the model and serial number of my tank, I was told it was under warranty and I should contact the manufacturer which I did and sure enough a replacement tank was covered. However, I did have to use a plumber that handled this brand so I did not use Mr Waterheater's services. I highly recommend Mr Waterheater due to their honesty and integrity. They could have easily sold me a new tank and received the installation service fee but they were honest and I saved over $500! Thank you Mr Waterheater!

Super fast, best price available. I called at 2 pm and they had a new tank in at 11 am the next day, and my replacement was not an emergency. Complete professionals. If youre going to call yourself Mr. Something you had better be pretty darn good at that Something, and these gents lived up to the name.

My 18yo water heater finally broke this morning. When I called this company, they asked for the model and serial numbers of my old heater, whether my building had an elevator and several pictures of where the heater is located. Based on this information, they gave me an exact price I would have to pay; I really appreciated the clarity in this process and the fairness in their price.
