Wine Production
We produce premium wines using traditional methods and modern techniques. Our process begins with grape crushing and pressing, followed by fermentation and blending. We specialize in dessert wines, fruit wines, and table wines that cater to diverse tastes and culinary applications.
Crushing & Pressing
Our winemaking process starts with meticulous grape crushing and pressing. This critical first step extracts juice while retaining essential pulp and fibers. We use specialized equipment to transform whole grapes into wine must before fermentation begins, ensuring optimal extraction of flavors and aromas.
Fermentation & Blending
We employ controlled fermentation using selected yeast strains to convert grape sugars into alcohol. Our expert blending process combines different varietal wines to create balanced, complex final products. This artistic stage enhances flavor profiles and ensures consistent quality across our wine portfolio.
Stabilization & Aging
After fermentation, we implement stabilization processes to prevent unwanted chemical changes. Our aging program varies by wine type, with some varieties ready for immediate consumption while others benefit from extended aging to develop smoother tannins and more complex flavors.
Filtration & Bottling
We complete our winemaking process with fining and filtration to clarify the wine. Our bottling operations utilize diverse packaging formats including traditional glass bottles and modern bag-in-box containers. This final stage ensures product stability and prepares our wines for distribution to consumers.

Report
The lady to whom I spoke in their scheduling department was irritated. She seemed very indignant that I would ask to schedule an order for pick up that "had just been received and would not be ready for at least five days!" Wow...you would think they would want to get their product to their customers in a timely manner.
