Screen printing involves creating a stencil (printers call this a "screen"), and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. Although our minimum order for Screen Printing is 24 pcs, we do offer other options such a Direct-To-Garment printing and Dye Sublimation for less than the minimum amount of shirts.

Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn.
Send your image along with information about your order (amount of pieces you plan on doing, time you need it by, etc) to [email protected] subject RFQ (Request for Quote); you will receive a response within 24 - 48 hours of your submission either with the stitch count, or advising you that more time is needed in order to have our digitizer 'trace' it for accuracy in stitch count.

Direct to Garment

With DTG printing, a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It's sort of like printing on paper, except on a t-shirt. A special printer prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty water-based inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.
Sublimation

Dye-sublimation printing is a digital printing technology using full color artwork that works with polyester materials. The process uses the science of sublimation, in which heat and pressure are applied to a solid, turning it into a gas, which adheres to the material. Why use Dye Sublimation?
Much like Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing, Dye Sublimation offers an alternate process to screen printing, which requires minimums and setups fees per ink color.In contrast, Dye Sublimation has no minimum quantity and no maximum number of colors. It does, however, require 100% WHITE polyester material to work.
