At pick up our dog smelled strongly of urine. When addressed they wanted to blame us and basically say its all our fault. Also stated we called to pick up early so they didnt have time to bathe the dog before pick up. So Im assuming no one else had this issue before because they bathe the dogs before pick up so you never no your pets laid around in their urine. Btw the owner even stated letting a dog lay around in urine is not neglect. Lol really so letting an animal lay in its own urine is not neglect ????? Wow. I would not recommend. Not to mention when addressed with the owners

After not recieving any updated I contacted them late Sunday evening then finally giot an update and picture as if they forgot and had to be reminded. When we picked up we were charged
