We offer spacious private rooms (not cages or "condos") in a peaceful, homelike, dog-free environment. When you board your cat at Catnip Hill, you can relax, knowing that your feline friend will be safe, content, and lovingly cared for while you're away. Our guests enjoy their own generous personal space throughout their stay.
We don't confine them in cages and periodically let them out into a common area, as many boarding facilities do. Each one of our five-by-six-foot private guest rooms has a large window with a window seat for soaking up the sun and watching birds, chipmunks, and other wildlife on our five acres of oak savanna.

Testimonials
Report
I can't begin to thank you for the service you have provided to me over the past two years by taking Karly in and making it possible for her to have everything she needed while I was able to take vacations or, in the case of this summer, be gone for an extended period due to my mother's death. I truly don't know what I would have done without you and Catnip Hill.
Hours
Report
We can sometimes make an appointment for a Sunday evening departure between 4 pm and 5 pm - ask about this when you make your reservation. Please call or email us if you need to change your check-in or check-out time. When we're not expecting any arrivals or departures, we often adjust our schedule without notice to fit in errands such as picking up cat litter or going to the bank.

What to bring
Report
1. Please bring a certificate, receipt, or other documentation from your veterinarian showing that your cat is up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. You may also ask your vet's office to call us with this information before your cat arrives. You should bring your cat's bed or blanket, or some spare towels or pillows to use as bedding, since there are no soft furnishings in our guest rooms.
