Wouldn't buy a matchstick from them. They sell poor quality mobile homes & then don't stand behind them. They took our money, over 100,000 cash & delivered a mobile home that was NOTHING LIKE WE WERE PROMISED. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE & RIDE ON BY THEM. I WISH TO GOD I HAD. Oh yeah, justone more thing, THEIR CONTRACTOR TOLD ME & MY HUSBAND THAT OUR TRAILER ISN'T EVEN CONNECTED RIGHT! HE SAID IT'S OFF "JUST A LITTLE BIT"! SCOTBILT IS THE MANUFACTURER.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Matt, Todd, and the whole team at Staton's are great. They will go above and beyond for you. If there is a problem you definitely have them on your side to make sure every item is fixed to your satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

I realized I had a job opportunity and wanted to buy me a new home in May. I called Stanton Mobile and asked a few questions and they gave me all the details. I started messaging staff and they where well trained and really knowledgeable about the homes. I told them what I wanted gave them the dates and here I am. I am a few days away from moving into my brand new home. This has been a great experience for me. 13 months and still not finished with set-up. I started an inquiry in late January 2017 with Tracy Rounds at Stanton Homes, I ordered my home and recv'd financing in July. I was told it would take awhile for FHA loans. Since then I have been waiting for my 660 ft mobile home to be set up and I can move in. I keep being told it is permits and inspections. When I call Collier County there is never anything scheduled. I have to repeatedly call and text and fax and leave messages with Tracy their sales assoc. Last month the Mobile Home was delivered and partially set up. Now I cannot get a return phone

I have put my down payment and June signed all the paperwork they have cashed my down payment and June had all the bank stuff signed and ready in June 2017 and my house just got delivered June 5 of 2018 and the permits I live so far away I had to to put them in I had to get all the subcontractors the one subcontractor they did use dont use them it was the electrician I have asked the electrician numerous times for an itemized bill he refused he refused to give me a quote I have the electric done the water done everything is connected and waiting on the side in the driveway and they refused to
