We spoke to many people in the industry about having a custom platform with a ramp to serve as a dock in our new warehouse, but Tony from QMH was hands-down the most knowledgeable. Within minutes, Tony understood what we wanted/needed and had emailed me pictures of previously fabricated platforms to ensure his understanding of our needs. He was with us every step of the way, from design to installation. He coordinated/connected us with a local company that received and assembled our dock. The price was very competitive, and we were more than pleased with the entire QMH team. Should the need arise

We were under extremely tight timeline to move from 89,000 sq ft warehouse to 100,000 sq ft. Permits, business license, inspections all within a month. QMH put up the new racking, took down the old racking, and coordinated the paperwork processes smoothly and efficiently. Great job !! Thank you.

Ordered some new pallet racking equipment for my company from QMH along with their installation service. Their 2 man crew handled the project independently and efficiently with only an explanation and layout diagram. Our small storage system of about 24 beam sections took one work day to assemble and anchor. I highly recommend.

Hector, David, Julia and the entire QMH crew did an incredible job for us during our warehouse move. QMH designed a completely new layout, took down our existing racking, moved it to our new location, added new racking and completed installation within a matter of weeks. They also delivered and installed a new high capacity dock ramp at the same time. Not to mention, this was all done 100% safely during the peak of a global pandemic. I can't say enough about QMH, I will be going back to them for all my racking needs in the future!

I bought some used beams and they gave me a mix of two kinds. I can't use most of them. Contacted them and they said it's used so they won't exchange them. I am OK with used but they don't go into the upright. Quality Material Handling won't exchange them. Very bad customer service after sales. Don't buy from Quality Material Handling, Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
