Dr. Barth earned his Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and Doctorate of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University in Fort Collins.

He founded a leading CdTe solar photovoltaic manufacturer, developing the initial business plan, obtaining major equity financing (eventually totaling over USD $300M) and providing leadership for company growth.
