Newton's Seal Coating, LLC is a family owned and operated asphalt maintenance company that has been servicing Chester county and the surrounding areas for 30 years! Russell Newton is the owner and operator with his son Clinton Newton as manager. A West Chester native his entire life, Russell started sealcoating only driveways in the 1980's as a way to supplement his income to support his family.

Newton's Seal Coating uses a high-quality industrial coal tar emulsion sealer mixed with sand for added traction and additives for long lasting protection.

Asphalt is primarily rock and gravel held together using a binding agent such as tar. Weather and other environmental exposure (U.V. rays, oils, chemicals, etc.) degrade the tar and cause the asphalt to crack. Sealcoating adds a layer of protection to your asphalt which greatly slows the degradation effect that occurs as a result of chemicals, water, oil, and U.V. damage.
