Incredibly easy to install and tile over! After using a mud bed and having multiple issues with leaks, we decided to put a tile basin on the 2nd floor of our beach home. What an awesome product. The entire shower, including tile was completed in 36 hours and I now have an updated, stunning shower with a solid understanding of the issues that other bases can cause. The peace of mind is priceless! (We also used their shower bench & niche).

Awesome product. Easier and lighter than other options. Liked the drain. Cost was comprable to Schluter, but easier to explain to installers (big deal in my world). New go too. New rep Dave R. facetimed us to make sure we were good with install questions. Saved us at least 2 days on mud pan and waterproofing.

We ordered a left drain shower pan from KBRS that was in stock (not custom) that did not line up with our existing left drain shower layout (we were unable to re-plumb due to floor joists). We called the company to explain the issue and they were extremely unhelpful with the return process and also explained that there would be a 15% restocking fee ($92.00). Additionally, return shipping was $199.00. We ended up ordering a pan from a different company that actually seemed to be a much higher quality. I would never recommend KBRS to anyone in the future, as the result was an extra $292.00 wasted

AMAZING! After researching several companies, I choose to go with KBRS, and am so happy that I did!! We have a huge shower on the second floor, so we needed a giant shower base and were very worried about any potential leaks (as it could leak down to the first floor.) KBRS customized the shower base to our exact needs, and both and ordering it as well as installing it was a breeze. We have had it for over a year now, and haven't had any problems at all...WE LOVE IT!! I'm so happy we found KBRS, and will only be using KBRS from on! Highly recommend going with KBRS!
