In 2004, founder Tre Thomas started Catfish Station a seafood concept which operated out of 14' ft. Seven years later Catfish Station converted a small "drive thru only" coffee shop and quickly became of NW Houston's most popular fast casual seafood destinations. The small, bright orange building would have customers lined to the streets waiting for fresh seafood to go!
Utilizing a franchising model, Catfish Station quickly grew to 14 locations in Houston and surrounding areas. After the experiencing the growing pains that comes with rapid growth, Tre is poised to turn the page and begin a new journey. Our 8 po-boys are served fried or grilled on authentic french bread from New Orleans famous Gambinio's Bakery. Dressed with our signature homemade tartar sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. Savory combination of grilled shrimp in a rich brown roux consisting of fresh onions and bell peppers. Served over a bed of white rice and one side item.

As part of our transition, we will process all online orders at our new Copperfield location. This location is a short drive (less than a mile) from the Huffmeister address. This new location will process all orders for Delivery or Pick up. For your convenience, pick up orders will be available at the drive thru window!
